Biography

Edith T. Hunter (Edie) is the Registrar of Union Theological Seminary, a position she has held since February 2005. She came to Union as Administrative Assistant to the Academic Dean in June, 1997, and was promoted a year later to Executive Assistant to the Deans. 

Ms. Hunter holds a B.A. in theatre from Emerson College and was a professional actress for fifteen years. Before coming to Union she worked as office manager for an export buying office in New York. She sings with the Union Seminary choir, Trinity Lutheran Church choir, and Cornerstone Chorale where she has been a board member for nine years.
