Health Service and health insurance are provided to Union students through the Columbia University Health Insurance Plan. Details of the plan are available on their website. A Brief overview of the health service and the health insurance plans are in booklets available from the Office of Student Life (AD 106) and online.

Last day to submit dependent spouse and domestic partner documentation to the Office of Student Life
