Leases for entering and returning students take effect on September 1.

Move-in Dates

Move-in days are Thursday, August 22, and Friday, August 23.

Upon arrival at the Seminary, students are to register with the Housing Office, complete the check-in form, sign the inventory form and pick up the necessary keys.  Check-in must occur between the hours of 9AM and 5PM.  All residents check-in at the main entrance to the Seminary located on Broadway at 121st Street.

Morningside Gardens residents must plan to arrive and move in between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on a weekday, and may not move in on a holiday. These residents must make an appointment for their move-in date with the Morningside Gardens business office well in advance. Please contact the Seminary Housing Office at least one month in advance for assistance in making these arrangements.
