James Memorial Chapel

Day after day, a passionate team of Worship Office Chapel Ministers sculpt chairs, hanging fabric, and sacred objects large and small into a sacred space to hold the worship of the Union community.  With no fixed pews or permanent pulpit, the space changes each day to accommodate a wide variety of worship traditions and liturgical seasons. Complemented by a new lighting system and wireless audio, James Chapel becomes a highly flexible space for worship, classes, performances, and other events. Join us for daily worship in James Chapel.

Monday Preaching Series

Mondays at noon, we invite alums, students and area clergy to James Chapel as honored guests in the Monday Preaching Series. Come and hear the many voices of the wider Union community in worship together! All are invited to join our guest preachers for lunch and discussion following Chapel.
