The CSANM consortium has a Governance Board composed of the five institutions’ executive leadership (president, senior minister, chancellor), with ex officio participation of each school’s CFO and COO. Throughout the grant period (and beyond), the Board will meet quarterly to determine progress with respect to goals and to address concerns, using real-time data on expenses/revenues and ongoing user-based evaluations. The Steering Group is comprised of the COO of each member institution and works closely with management and staff in each shared service area to facilitate needed transitions and to undertake regular assessment of progress towards goals and the evolution of campus culture. The CSANM Staff oversee the operations, strategy, and execution of the Initiatives and general activities of the consortium.
