If you have ever said, “They never taught me that in seminary or anywhere else,” this 3-part series on multiple aspects of administrative/organizational leadership may be for you!
In addition to addressing practical matters that are key for leaders in any organization, the initial seminar also lays theoretical and theological foundations for stewarding what is often regarded as mundane tedious “skut-work.” Topics treated in-depth include the following: Strategic planning and visioning; Personnel selection, supervision (and when necessary, separation); Office administrative oversight; Understanding financial reports (for those who eyes glaze over when they’re handed out!); and Fund-raising basics.
