Over the last four years, RISE Together has enhanced the well-being of over three hundred clergy women of color. This is accomplished through building social and professional relationships and offering opportunities for skill development, in and through women-centered spaces. RISE, anchored at Union Theological Seminary, has several cohorts across the country in cities including, New York City, NY, Washington, DC, Lancaster, PA, Richmond, VA, Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Northern California (San Francisco, Contra Costa, Oakland), and in virtual cross-city cohorts.
