Through the TIDEL Fellowship program we will bring together a cohort of strong leaders ready to innovate together to solve their organization’s current challenges to promote the thriving of faith communities. This program will benefit leaders and organizations through access to a team of leaders and innovators who will support your passions and walk alongside you as you solve your organizational challenges to continue to advance the mission of your organization.

Participation is required in all events. Only applicants who can commit to full participation should apply.
This fellowship will accept fellows as pairs (teams of two). When applying you must also share the name of your co-fellow. Please note that acceptance will occur for teams of two, not individuals. This is collective work that we believe is best done in community.
