All official correspondence related to Orientation will be emailed exclusively to Union email addresses. Official new student information and necessary forms are shared below via the Action Items for incoming and returning students.

Please visit the Action Items for incoming and returning students (see below). When completing your action items, please provide consistent information in all forms, particularly when sharing your legal name. The relevant data/demographic information collected in your orientation paperwork will be shared with administrative offices at Union for educational purposes.

Student Action Items

Orientation for the incoming class starting in Fall 2024 will be held in-person on campus from Monday, August 26 – Thursday, August 29. Students can generally expect to be in sessions from 9am-4pm with lunch provided. More information forthcoming from our Orientation Ambassadors in late July!
