All official correspondence related to Orientation will be emailed exclusively to Union email addresses. Official new student information and necessary forms are shared below via the Action Items for incoming and returning students.

Please visit the Action Items for incoming and returning students (see below). When completing your action items, please provide consistent information in all forms, particularly when sharing your legal name. The relevant data/demographic information collected in your orientation paperwork will be shared with administrative offices at Union for educational purposes.

Student Action Items

Orientation for the residential incoming class (MDiv, MAR, STM) starting in Fall 2026 will be held in-person on campus from Monday, August 24 – Wednesday, August 26. Students can generally expect to be in sessions from 9am-3pm with lunch provided. More information forthcoming from our Orientation Ambassadors in late July!

Students joining Union in a primarily virtual format (MASJ, DMIN, Ad Cert) will receive orientation invitations throughout the course of the summer. These degrees are not required to attend the residential orientation noted above, as the content is covered throughout the summer in a virtual format.

Orientation for International Students will occur on campus on Sunday, August 23 from 10am-2pm. Students attending Union on an F-1 visa will receive more information by email in early August.
