With coloring becoming trendy as a mindfulness activity, there is a movement among libraries and archives called #ColorOurCollections that seeks to build outreach and awareness of items in collections. Institutions offer free coloring books created by converting images from our manuscript and archive items (the website has some great examples from past years). Folks can color using pencils, crayons, or whatever they’d like. We’ll also have tea and biscuits, so it should be pretty cozy. It’s open to current students, faculty, staff, and alums. RSVP optional but not required.
