Join revered meditation teacher and Columbia graduate Joseph Goldstein (CC ’65) in James Chapel for an afternoon of peace and quiet in the heart of New York City. This gathering marks Joseph’s first return to the Columbia community as a teacher. Together we will practice mindful breathing, walking, and listening as Joseph shares the insight he has gleaned over decades of practice. Tea will be provided during the retreat.

This event is free of charge and is open to Columbia University and Union Theological Seminary students, faculty, and staff.

This is a free event, but, in lieu of payment we are inviting participants to make an optional $25 donation to the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies.
