Transcripts may only be picked up or mailed, and they cannot be overnighted or faxed. Please allow enough time for your transcript request to be processed.
Because of confidentiality issues, we cannot accept email requests for transcripts. We will not process requests unaccompanied by payment.
DIPLOMA REPLACEMENT
Alumni can request re-orders of previously issued diplomas. The current turnaround time for diploma replacements is 4 weeks. To request a diploma, please complete this form and pay the $40 fee online at this link.
THE BURKE LIBRARY
Union Theological Seminary alums have reading privileges without any fee (come visit any Columbia University Library including the Burke in person any time). Union Theological Seminary alums also have borrowing privileges at a reduced rate. Please click here for library hours.
E-resources like ATLASerials/Atla Religion Database can be accessed via the Alumni Portal. Check out this portal and bookmark it for future use. It details all alum library privileges including borrowing, e-resources, and in-person privileges. Login is required — change or set your UNI and password here and email [email protected] if you don’t know your UNI.

ALUMNI CAMPUS VISITS
To ensure we can provide you with the best experience, we ask that you fill out the visitor registration form before your visit. This helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure that we can accommodate you.
Access to Union’s campus is open between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that restrictions may change day-to-day, so we cannot guarantee walk-on availability. Visitors are required to register ahead using the Campus Visit Form and await approval before making travel plans.
